The US Department of State is offering up to $10 million for information on Zhang Yu, who is accused of participating in the Hafnium campaign against Microsoft Exchange Server. US authorities say Zhang remains at large; Xu Zewei, who was charged alongside him, was extradited from Italy to the US in April 2026.
