Chainalysis discloses data breach involving “offensive agentic techniques”

Blockchain intelligence firm Chainalysis disclosed a security incident in which attackers allegedly used “offensive agentic techniques” to gain unauthorized access to internal systems and tools. Some customer information may have been accessed, including names, email addresses, user IDs, and organizational role labels.
