Red Hat Patches Critical Linux TCP RCE Vulnerability; Ubuntu Releases Fixes for Testing

Fixed kernels for a use-after-free vulnerability in the Linux kernel's IPv4 TCP code are available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8, 9, and 10. Fixes for Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, 24.04 LTS, and 26.04 LTS remain in an opt-in testing channel.
