CVE-2026-98432 — ipv4: free inet_opt and ireq_opt after an RCU grace period

A use-after-free vulnerability in the Linux kernel IPv4 TCP stack was fixed. It involved freeing socket options during concurrent SYN processing and request-socket migration.
