Hims & Hers warns of data breach after Zendesk support ticket breach

Telehealth company Hims & Hers Health reported a data breach after support tickets were stolen from a third-party customer service platform. The company determined that personal information in some tickets may have been accessed or acquired without authorization. The company said that medical records and communications with doctors were not compromised.
