Killnet targets Eastern European government websites but fails to keep them offline

Killnet, described as a pro-Kremlin group, attempted distributed denial-of-service attacks against intelligence-service websites in Estonia, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and Moldova over the weekend. The websites are now functioning normally, and any outages appear to have been extremely brief.
