A flaw in golang-protobuf can cause the protojson unmarshaling function to enter an infinite loop when processing certain invalid JSON input. A remote attacker may use specially crafted JSON payloads to cause excessive CPU utilization and hang the application, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS).
