Chainalysis breach exposed all users' credentials and forced key services offline

Chainalysis said that an agentic cyber attack targeting its systems exposed the names, usernames, password hashes, and live tokens of all users. The company temporarily removed access to Reactor, Data Solutions, the KYT user interface and API, and other services.
