Chainalysis warns that a cyber breach affected all users and involved ‘agentic’ techniques

Chainalysis said that certain information belonging to all users was exposed in a cyberattack, including names, usernames, password hashes and live authentication tokens. The company did not identify the perpetrator or specify whether every category of information was exposed for every user.
