Polymarket temporarily halted trading after attackers compromised a third-party service to distribute cryptocurrency-draining JavaScript. Assets worth approximately $2.5 million were traced to a suspected attacker-controlled wallet. Polymarket said it fixed the issue, referred the breach to law enforcement, and would reimburse affected traders.
